Both my chickens were attacked by something, they are still alive, but i'm not sure how they are, help, advise?

both my chickens were attacked by something, it seems that they have been dragged out of their coup, i heard them screaming, managed to rescue them. One of them the feathers at the back have bee pulled off and bleeding slighty. The other one is hiding.I have kept both safely indoors, in my proch area. Please advise on what I should next? Both my chickens were attacked by something, they are still alive, but i'm not sure how they are, help, advise?
Could have have been a fox or cat or possibly even a magpie (they're nasty little buggers), keep them inside for a few days and make sure they're well fed and have water. Also make sure the coop is locked and secure. Both my chickens were attacked by something, they are still alive, but i'm not sure how they are, help, advise?
If it was dark out, it could of been a fox, raccoon or owl. Day time a dog, coyote or hawk. You should keep them away from the others if they are bleeding or the others will peck at the bloody spots. When ever mine have been injured I always wash the wounds with saline solution and lightly use neosporin on them. I would keep all of them secured for a few days and set a live trap, maybe you will catch the predator. I never let mine out of their coup/run until the sun is completly out, and I always lock them up before dark.
Keep them in a mouse secure pen with the coop within. One half inch wire will keep out mice, rats and weasels. I built a pen with a wire floor on wheels so I can lift one end and move it to a fresh patch of grass weekly.
The chicken could have been attacked by a fox, cat, racoon, or bears. Make sure the fence is high up and is under the ground so nothing can dig under it
