I just started working out, any advise?

I am 6’2” 190lbs, I just started a diet and going to the gym 2-3 time a week. (started yesterday)





Ok I have a few questions.


How much weight can I loose in 2 months?


How long after starting diet/working out until I see some change?


Assuming you work out, do you have any tips for some one just starting?I just started working out, any advise?
6'2 190!! Why would you want to lose weight ???


Just tone yourself. Do strenous activity. Avoid doing cardio. Just focus more on strength training.

The American College of Sports Medicine offers guidelines for cardiovascular, flexibility and resistance training. The guidelines are flexible enough to allow you to pick your own exercises but have enough structure to get you going when you first start out. They are pretty easy to follow and will make your workout easier and more efficient.
