Ladies your help and advise is needed please?

The Cambridge diet?

http://www.cambridge-diet.co.uk/

am starting this today, please give me words to make me feel good, and what do you think

thank you so muchLadies your help and advise is needed please?
Wow, I remember that stuff from the 80's. It was sold in California in chocolate flavor. My mom used it when she was really overweight. It was very popular at first but when women failed to lose weight from it, it was quickly dismissed as a fad. It was never to be seen again after 1983 in Cali, anyway. After that the Grapefruit 45 was the next weight loss fad. It failed too.

Now that it's a whole new century, this Cambridge thing might work for us- humans have changed a little.

Please- of you're planning on losing weight, make the dietary supplement secondary and eating healthy foods %26amp; exercise first and foremost. Good luck!Ladies your help and advise is needed please?
Good luck you can do it and if you feel tempted to cheat speak with your counsellor.

Good luck and stay positive
How much are you paying for this stuff? I must tell you that this is not the answer. Dieting to lose weight only makes you put more on and when you yo-yo diet your body is very unhealthy. There are only 2 things that will make you lose weight and that is eat better and exercise. I promise you this. Save your money and LEARN how to eat better. If you do this diet you will put all the weight back on and more. Your body will revolt. Good luck. XX
I looked at the site you listed. It sounds like it might be okay. Its nice you will have a counselor to talk with so if you are having trouble they can give you some tips. I read a study somewhere that dieters that journal do better than other dieters that don't. Be upbeat and positive with yourself. Your brain is powerful so if you believe this will work it will. Write down 10 positive affirmations and say them daily, even if you don't believe them at first, it will help you. Just think when you hit that 1 pound mark, thats a stick of butter and when you hit the 10 pound mark thats a big bag of potatoes! Thats a lot to lose and you can do it! Good luck, DD
i say go for it. you got alot ahead so be prepared, but good luck to u. i wish u the best of luck
I'm sorry, I know you wanted words of encouragement, but this is only a quick fix and a very expensive one at that. Of course you will lose weight if you are living on shakes. Why don't you join a slimming club or get some advice from the nurse at your GP surgery for tips on healthy eating? You need a long term solution and one which you can stick to for life. I lost two stone 3 pound at slimming world, but there are other groups like weight watchers too. The groups are friendly and very supportive. Have a look at The slimming world site below. All you need to do is change the way you cook your food and to make sure you are eating enough.
well first thing good luck you must have a lot of willpower to be attempting this- just read that the first stage is practically starvation at a mere 400 kcals! I am in the process of losing weight too but i am doing the boring old change my whole lifestyle and the way i think eating and exercising rather than a diet. You should keep us updated though about how it is going. I am sure you will be fine though and try and keep your motivation up high- whenever mine starts to waver i look at the gorgeous clothes i am soon going to be able to fit into.
go ahead with it
