Ok so right now my hair is a light brown. some people say it looks red but i dont. so basically go with a light brown here. i am thinking of dying my hair brown-black [which is actually the name of the color] I am a girl by the way [14]

and very pail/fair skin

since you are more on the pail side, i suggest keeping your hair lighter. Darker hair will make you look more goth/emo, unless thats what you are going for,
