I am 39 weeks and 4 days pregnant. I am experiencing blurred vision and dizziness. any advise?

I did call my OB and talked to a nurse and she never called me back now my office is closed. Should I be going to the hospital? I cannot focus on anything more than a few feet away and everything around the object is really blurry. I am also experiencing a headache.I am 39 weeks and 4 days pregnant. I had High Blood pressure in Pregnancy and it sounds like you might have it too. You should go get it checked and if it is high talk to doctor ASAP it could be ';pre-eclampsia/toxemia'; if it is not monitored your body inside could start shutting down and you could lose your baby, they had to induce me so it wouldn't get bad enough for baby to die. My doctor had another lady with high blood pressure and she sent the lady to the hospital and the hospital sent her home, the next day she had a miscarriage so if doc is worried make sure hospital checks everything before they send you home. sounds like you may have high blood pressure. You may want to go to the hospital to get it checked out.
You need to go into Labor %26amp; Delivery. You could be toxemic wich is serious.
