try nigi nigi hotel in boracayCan anyone advise me on a Hotel in Boracoy around 40$ a night or a bit cheaper if possible?
Dave's Straw Hat Inn is great - we stayed there earlier this year. Due to a travel agency foul-up, they didn't have our reservation - but managed to squeeze us in for most of the stay, and arranged accommodation nearby at the same price for the 1 night they were full. We were charged around PHP1,700 (UK拢17/USD30) I believe.

It's set back from the beach but it is very quiet. Their mango ice teas are fantastic! Breakfast is equally good. Dave is American but the rest of the staff are very friendly Filipinos.

Last time I checked they were #1 on TripAdvisor for hotels in Boracay. Can anyone advise me on a Hotel in Boracoy around 40$ a night or a bit cheaper if possible?
Well there is a park near the post office in Boracoy. When I go there I sleep on a bank in the park. All the banks are free and singing birds will wake you up.
lets see. Dave's Straw Hat Inn is one appeared for example. u can actually get special rates bookin with agent, but not directly to the hotels. check the rates to suit ur budget at www.excelloz.com then.
When are you planning to go to Boracay? I've used http://www.ratestogo.com , it's a last minute online hotel booking website, and most rates go down up to 50% off.
$40 a night is enough. Hotels in Boracay are not as expensive as the ones in Metro Manila. Call a local travel agent they have flights and hotel packages..... Book a hotel in Station 1 or Station 2, those are beach front areas and has nice bars along the shore. Enjoy! Most packages is at around 15000/person php that includes airfare and 3 nights I think..... thats about 300 dollars.

At this time of the year I think its cheaper...
you go to this email add bluehorizons.com.ph thyey give you a reasonable and best prices packages in boracay even at palawan.
You want comfort? Regency is the place to go. But personally, I don't spend much for accomodations in Boracay. All you need is a good bed, a clean bathroom, and airconditioning. It doesn't matter if it's classy or not. I'd rather use the rest of my money on food, drinks, and all the other fun things. Besides, when you're in Boracay, you're in your room only to sleep, why spend so much on that? You're outside 80% of the time!
you can try checkin these sites and there are also ratings from people who stayed there...

you may also wish to contact a local travel agency to arrange that for you.
try escondido.. it's near the beach and the staff is unbelievably friendly .. they have one queen size, and one twin.. so you can fit 3 people.. it's very cheap a little more than $40 but its worth it.. you can find others that are cheaper.. like cocomangas.. but i can't guarantee an airconditioned room
Try Dave Straw Hat Inn. It inexpensive , clean with excellent reviews from expats and near the beach. They have rooms for $25 per night depending on the season.
