How can I successfully defend myself against this bogus charge. Angry neighbor says I slashed her tires. I did not! Any tips on evidence? witnesses? What do I need to say to convince judge I am innocent?
I do not have any criminal record and I want to keep it that way.Please help with legal advise. I was charged with criminal mischief greater than $500 less than $1500?
Advice, not advise. You don't have to prove your innocence. Your neighbor has to prove your guilt. If she doesn't have any evidence, then you won't get convicted.
